Join us every weekend for an invigorating full body workout led by professional body builder and personal trainer, Leila Thompson.

Boot Camp takes place every Saturday morning rain or shine!
 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Cost: $10 per class

Please bring with you a water bottle & work out towel.

Y O G A

Every other weekend our Yoga Therapist, Jen Bell, offers small group yoga classes specifically geared towards low back and hip pain. 

Classes take place every other Saturday morning.
Time: 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Cost: $15 per class

Please bring with you a yoga mat, yoga block, and a water bottle. Yoga mats are available to rent for an additional $2.
